#1 Commend First find something to encourage some with, good job done, good word said. #2 Council,Then bring forward what you want to
correct or improve on be assertive. #3Correct, then make sure things are understood between each other. #4 Compliment
once again Good words said, Good job done or even sharing that you know things are going to improve.
