let good be better

Let Good be better

When I turned sixteen I left on my own blind to a world

so mean and cold I thought I could be good to the bone

I never missed the wrong family roots were morally strong

Money we had very little the riches were love lots of love

Chorus;

Let the good be better also those not caring

Not be so unkind let good be better

Some know early the good the opposite sex can hold

We weren't in the hood still we were poor

We want better even if apart from our own though only human

to be bad to the bone

Chorus;

Some people want to be free, free from wrong

For good work to be strong

Verse2, Chorus;

Let Good be better
